What is Facet5 Key Qualities?
The Facet5 Key Qualities strengths profile is a powerful tool designed to measure an individual’s unique strengths based on their personality. By gaining insight into their inherent abilities and preferences, individuals are better equipped to make informed decisions about their personal and professional paths.
The Facet5 Key Qualities profile contains:
- Key Qualities Summary: provides a summary statement for their 13 Key Qualities. These are the positive and productive behaviours that an individual does well and require little effort.
- What each Key Quality measures: this description outlines what the key quality measures and why it is important.
- Extended Strength Statement: provides a rich description of the ‘Brilliance’ of the persons approach to the Key Quality.
- Leveraging: provides practical advice on how to leverage their key quality at work and what the positive impact could be.
- Strength Overplayed: describes the impact and behaviours when their strength is overplayed or they become over reliant on it use.
- Coaching Advice: for each Key Quality they receive coaching advice on how to open up their strengths and manage their strengths overplayed.

How does it work?
Each report contains 13 Key Qualities, related to a person’s personality. We group these elements into five work related domains:
- Making decisions and setting goals
- Engaging and consulting others
- A focus on people and tasks
- Managing their work and commitments
- Responding to stress and identifying risk
This supports individuals to understand themselves in practical work-based scenarios and ensures the data is instantly applicable.
